Book TODAY for your child’s upcoming birthday party. Work with our trained instructors who will lead all the fun during activity and gym time. The Gold Medal Gym’s team will also handle everything from setup to cleanup. This means you get to go home to a clean, quiet house when all the fun is done.
Did you know that we offer birthday parties? Make your child’s birthday wish come true with a great party at Gold Medal Gyms. We have everything you need for a fun, stress-free birthday party. Our trained staff will host a party for your child that emphasizes both fitness and FUN!
Our instructors will help you set up for the party. The children will spend 1 hour and 15 minutes in our gym. Gym time is free play.
In addition, your party will have 45 minutes of “free time” outside of the gym, with our instructors assisting you with cake, ice cream treats, and gift opening. Don’t worry about clean-up! We will take care of that for you. Children do NOT need to be registered for classes at Gold Medal Gyms to have their birthday party at the gym. Our birthday parties are open to all children!
The cost of the party is $250 plus tax. You are welcome to invite as many children as you like. However, if you exceed more than 20 you will need to contact Gold Medal Gyms, no later than 7 days before your scheduled party, so that we can staff your party adequately.
The package price includes party coordinator, party room, and paper products for up to 20 children. If the number exceeds 20 children an additional charge of $5.00 (plus tax) per child will be added to your final balance. Refunds will not be made for children who do not attend. (Paper products included: cups, paper plates, spoons, forks, and napkins). If you go over the designated time for your party, you will be charged an additional fee of $50. If at any time you need to reschedule your party time, you are welcome to do so, please know a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged. If you choose to cancel your party for any reason, we require a 7-day notice or a $50 cancelation fee will be charged.
Only the children participating in the birthday party are allowed in the gym during activity/gym time. All other parents and siblings are asked to remain in the observation areas during this time. Parents will be given a chance to take pictures during the last 5 minutes in the Gym area. Parents are NOT allowed on equipment or apparatus – NO EXCEPTIONS!
